As a songwriter and pianist in the danish band Under Byen, Katrine Stochholm created a bunch of groundbreaking songs around the millennium.
On her latest album, released april 2021, Katrine Stochholm has set sound to the months of the year in her songcyclical work “Verden Består af Samlinger af Stykker" in which she lets her alternative and experimental music collide with a both jubilant pop-vibe and a moving heaviness. Katrine’s lush and evocative lyrics is combined with timeless writings by danish poets from the 19th century put to a contemporary and experimental electro pop- universe.

Her debut album 'Danser til Radio' was released in 2016 and was considered among the five best danish albums in the danish newspaper Information.
