Ka$ub

Born in San Jose California and raised in Denver Ka$ub would develop a passion for music at a young age. He made his first song when he was 14 on soundcloud called “Places” and from there he knew he would record music for a long time. He grew up listening to early rap music in the back of his fathers truck from artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:5LHRHt1k9lMyONurDHEdrp" data-name="Tyga">Tyga</a> ,<a href="spotify:artist:5K4W6rqBFWDnAN6FQUkS6x" data-name="Kanye West">Kanye West</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:6d47Z08T4snK50HgTEHo5Z" data-name="Sage The Gemini">Sage The Gemini</a> and more. As he grew up he loved all kinds of music and didn’t know exactly what direction his music was going in. With hip hop tracks, R&amp;B, Indie, Alt rock and more Ka$ub loves to experiment. The first artist he took true inspiration from was <a href="spotify:artist:7d3WFRME3vBY2cgoP38RDo" data-name="Lil Skies">Lil Skies</a> he loved his sounds and started making melodic trap songs. His other big inspirations include <a href="spotify:artist:3Ps6le7tj5BdNtdnfNgTU4" data-name="6 Dogs">6 Dogs</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:0xOeVMOz2fVg5BJY3N6akT" data-name="Jaden">Jaden</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:4MCBfE4596Uoi2O4DtmEMz" data-name="Juice WRLD">Juice WRLD</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:46fHMu9KxdQwcGV9xI1L9R" data-name="Dro Kenji">Dro Kenji</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:3x3jSlhyv5CiCZDZlaTq0M" data-name="Pi’erre Bourne">Pi’erre Bourne</a>. Ka$ub’s best friend and collaborator <a href="spotify:artist:3sdqCB8sooKpcwwKy2Of7L" data-name="Yung ZBZ">Yung ZBZ</a> has been making music with Ka$ub for years and the 2 have many songs together. ZBZ has produced on a number of tracks for Ka$ub as well. In may of 2024 Ka$ub released “Starlight Express” with <a href="spotify:artist:0yWq8f9U1lNXWakMwRkleB" data-name="MDMA">MDMA</a>
