Born in Napa California and is now a songwriting major at Belmont University. Kay blends elements of pop, hyper-pop, synth-pop, dark-pop, alt-pop, jazz, r&b. Not all the genres are on display YET... But you will learn that Kay Palla is always going to be switching up the sound and keeping everybody on their toes.
Friday Night on April 30th "I want you" will be released into the world. This is the first song Kay ever wrote and with the help of Lulu Prost was able to revamp it in a new and fresh way. Navigating being gaslight when you are a queer individual is difficult enough, adding religion into the mix will do the trick to cause a mental breakdown. This song builds in production mimicking the growth and the power I feel as both an individual and in the situation.
