KBS is Rob Brown, originally from Manchester but now residing on the South Coast of England.
He's been DJing since 2000, where he fell head over heels with house music at legendary Manchester Trance night, Tangled at the Phoenix in Manchester City Centre. Trance will always be his first love, but it was the jump off point for a house music obsession across House (Funky or Deep), Progressive House, Techno, Breaks and even Disco, through to where his sweet spot lands now, Melodic House.
As of 2024, he has turned his hand to production for the first time. His productions are Melodic and Driving House with heavy influences across all of the above genres. Drifting, clean melodies, 80's synth backgrounds, along with driving, dark basslines leading to big, dramatic drops. Dark and light in perfect harmony, with ethereal vocals to match.
