Born with the Rocky Mountains in sight, Keep Off the Grass is an indie/rock band with midwest emo influences. Forming in 2018, the college roommates turned bandmates were playing the Denver scene and enjoying their time in pre-COVID existence. With the onset of quarantine, the group decided to bunker down and hyper-analyze their music. They coined their sound as “mountain emo.” With the musical aesthetic of bands such as American Football and Oso Oso, and the lyrical timbre of artists like Bright Eyes, Keep Off the Grass is poised to entice listeners on the entire alternative spectrum
