昨今の日本では珍しく、貧困の中、
荒んだ環境で青春期を過ごした。
青春を謳歌する同世代の若者を横目で見ながら、自身の環境を恨むでもなく、ハングリーにのし上がろうとするでもなく、ただ怠惰に生活を送っていたある時、ふとしたきっかけでメロディメーカーとしてのスキルが他人より優れていることを何人かの音楽家志望の友人から指摘され、友人の手伝いをする傍ら自身でも楽曲制作の真似事を独学で始めて今に至る。
現代を生きる人に共通する生きづらさや、差別、貧困から来る葛藤を誰よりも濃く経験してきたことで生まれる歌詞は本当のリアルだ。
ココロの中にある、諦めや虚無感、悲しみを吐き出した後に現れたそれでも生きようとする ”希望”という名の願望を伝えるために、いまとこれからを歌う。
