Kelle Cates

Kelle Cates is a 22 year old singer/songwriter. With a passion for music since she was young. Born in November of 2000 and raised in a small Missouri town called East Prairie, “Libby”, as she is called by her family and childhood friends, was raised in a family that appreciated music. Her mother encouraged her interest in music, and soon, Kelle was singing everywhere she went, playing the guitar, dancing, and auditioning for musical theater. Kelle’s talent was evident from a young age, and soon, she was performing at local events and venues. Kelle has also been able to use her musical skills to enhance her experience as an artist by performing at venues around Nashville including Mockingbird Theater, and recording/performing background vocals for artists like Michael W. Smith, Kevin Max, Riley Clemmons, Walker Hayes, etc..
Kelle has been pursuing a professional music career for the past 11 years. She has released her debut single titled, “Weekdays” and has continued to work on music for her upcoming EP. Kelle is also involved in bringing awareness to mental health issues through social media and is passionate about helping those around her in times of need.
