Kelly Kristjanson has been writing, recording and performing in the Seattle area since the early 80’s. He has played multiple instruments in multiple bands in the area. Bands like The Want, former 1st American recording artist Brando Bogart, The Rocky Vasalino Show and The Guy Johnson Band.
Kelly Kristjanson has written and recorded 100’s of songs including “Low Life” which was featured on the KZOK best of the Northwest album and "Serena’s New Surprise” which was played two thousand times on the radio.
The Northwest has been his home his whole life and has performed at venues like the Paramount, Parkers, Showbox, The Off Ramp, Moe’s, Hall of Fame and Rock Candy. Kelly has also been featured with Ted Narcotic on KCMU’s the Live Room and with Aim West on Hollow Earth Radios folk Life Fest.
Early On Kelly studied drums with Roy Kennelly and more recently songwriting with Sue Ennis,
John Auer, Carrie Akre and Donovan. Even earned a certificate of Songwriting from the U of W.
His latest CD “What Happened to Us All” is set for an Aug. 1st release
