Kemmer

Kemmer is a composer/singer, visual artist and translator/writer, born in Serbia (1985), based in Limerick, Ireland. She works with sound/music (mainly vocal), video, animation, illustration, photography, and sung/spoken/written word, exploring intermedia to discover alternative modes of creating and experiencing art, time and space, and their interrelationships, in which the boundaries between sound/music, visuals and text are completely fluid and/or non-existent.
This attempt is (hopefully somewhat) reflected in her music, through which she is aiming to break free from the boundaries of the fixed media and any pre-determined, pre-scribed music structure.
