North Carolina’s most coveted lyricist, Kenny Macguyver is a breath of fresh air. Hailing from Durham NC, Kenny has seen and experienced enough to paint pictures vividly through his music. Getting his start in hip hop through battle rap, Kenny made a name for himself as the top lyricist in the state. He has been called out and mentioned by every NC battle rap superstar. Retiring from battle rap undefeated, Kenny received a record deal in the early 2000’s where he honed his writing ability. From recording his own music to ghostwriting for others, Kenny held the standard of excellence. Striving for independence, Kenny became founder of his own label ALL GAS NO BRAKES (AGNB) which his career entails just that.
