Hailing from Biel/Bienne and kicking-off with DJing in the mid of the 90's, Kenobi is performing at Clubs, Festivals and Radio Shows ever since and is known as a consistent part of the Swiss Drum & Bass scene.
Discovering music production around the turn of the millennium, he had his first big breakthrough after entering the top 10 of the category "Electronic Music" at the m4music Demotape Clinic in 2011 with the song "Boracay". Based on this success, the track earned regular rotation on Radio SRF Virus.
Crafting and improving his skills continuously, Kenobi gained internationally acknowledged reputation with releases on labels such as Jazzsticks Recordings (home label), Innerground Records, Demand Records, Influenza Media, Drum Army, etc.
