Kenza Blanka

Afro-Arabian; prolific singer/songwriter; Kenza Blanka grew up in a musical family her Mother being a pianist and siblings playing around 8 instruments between them. Singing since the age of 4, Half English, Half Moroccan (Casablanca) unique voiced Kenza has the ability to write and perform raps, poems, short films and songs. She has a special sounding high pitched angelic psychedelic little voice. Kenza has performed in many countries over the world experimenting in all different genres and languages including covering songs in her father’s native tongue Arabic and second language French. She sings afro based music; and incorporates mental health and self-acceptance concepts into her lyricism. She has been a speaker in a TEDx conference in 2019; she has featured on the Voice UK and she is producing a 5 part short film series which incorporates mental health awareness; self-acceptance; identity and race. She has started her own music genre style which incorporates her culture; style and languages into various home grown beats. She is diving into the amapiano scene with a fusion of Amazigh and Moroccan traditional music.
