The musical work and collaboration of the two founders and leaders of the band, László Bolega and György Kardos, dates back to the times before the founding of Képmás. With the addition of Gábor Halhóber, Képmás operated as a trio for 15 years, staging their concerts with the participation of qualified guest artists. During this period, the band left its mark on all areas of musical and cultural life. They wrote and performed mystery plays, composed poetry musicals, accompanied and participated in theatrical productions, performed church music services, wrote and successfully presented children's concerts, solo evenings and record release tours for a long time, and worked with artists recognized in the Hungarian music industry. After that, the two founders opened a new chapter and now focus exclusively on their own compositions and publications with their permanent co-author Róbert Bobek Tamaskovics.
