Kevin Reveyrand is an explorer.
A man who seeks accomplishment by digging deep for meaning with profound, powerful and personal expression.

building his musical world to which he dedicates most of his time.
With this exceptional fourth opus, Kevin Reveyrand stands among the greats. With his accomplished composer’s point of view, he offers an in between jazz, song and world music that invents a sort of imaginary folklore like an Esperanto resolutely ignoring the borders.
As all great bass players, he holds the space for the essential, the fundamental, the elegance and the purity. And with his instrument, Reveyrand reveals a melodic song distilling a heady scent throughout the course of this new album. It comes as no surprise that he has invited as guest, « sister » voice of Nigerian princess Asa, with whom he’s built a close partnership during many years of collaboration. The powerful vocal presence of percussionist Jean-Luc Di Fraya, as if hailing from the depths of the ages, adds another element which makes this music fly to unknown worlds. Olivier Roman-Garcia on guitar, an acoustic aesthete, also rides on this trip…
