KGG is a young artist from Lexington, Kentucky who was born in Louisville, Kentucky September 7th 1999. His music career started off as a Youtuber, making parodies from artists such as: <a href="spotify:artist:3TVXtAsR1Inumwj472S9r4" data-name="Drake">Drake</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6PXS4YHDkKvl1wkIl4V8DL" data-name="Fetty Wap">Fetty Wap</a>, &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:4O15NlyKLIASxsJ0PrXPfz" data-name="Lil Uzi Vert">Lil Uzi Vert</a>. Fast forward two years, he would then have a song catalog with 55 songs. One of the songs, titled “Feelings”, hit 100,000 plays on Soundcloud from a visit he did with a friend in Houston, Texas. Yet he knew his sound wasn’t professional enough; he wanted to get a more industry, and adequate sound.

On March 26th of 2020 his debut album “The Time Machine” was released. It showcased his love of collaborating with artists. There are 13 features on this 26 song album. The outcome? An amazing compilation demonstrating versatility and adaptation in: genres, melodies, emotions, and cadences in delivery. He says his versatility comes from the people who influenced him. His songs can vary from rambunctious ignorance to a heartbroken kid. He will inspire you or have you ready to rave. He can also be romantic, instilling emotions of regret or longing. Not to be left out is his music that cultivates a California energy; a smooth legato flow over a serene yet funky beat. All in all KGG is a very unique rapper when it comes to his approach in music.
