Khaled Roshdy was born in 1983. He started his music career from the “Twinsplus” Khaled and Aziz Roshdy. Lounge and smooth Latin were the style they started with. Khaled Roshdy for the Smooth Latin music and Aziz for the Lounge music.
In 1999, Twinsplus started djing in many private parties by which they gained support to continue djing till producing their own tracks. Following this small success, they made 12 Mix CDs and they have been sold locally in Egypt.
In 2002, Khaled Roshdy took a new direction to Electronic music! Specifically, House Music. In 2004, He started to use music technology such as music production software to create his own original tracks. And a Set of Progressive House Music has been played on the Hot Mix Show on the Egyptian local radio station 104.2 Nile FM.
He entered a well known competition held by HEINEKEN Music “Heineken Thirst Dj Competition” in Egypt, only 12 Dj's was selected by Heinenken Music's judges and Khaled was one of them.
Since this competition, KR started to sign his original tracks with international recording labels. “Like X-tacy“ EP was his first, including “Piano” and “Like X-tacy” tracks and was signed with Soho Beats Recordings in 2013.
“Piano” has been chosen for HUGO TRACKS by HUGO BOSS e-Mag in 2013. Then, it was licensed by Soho Beats Recordings to George V Records for the release of Siddharta Lounge by BUDDHA BAR in 2015.
