Khristian

Khristian, formerly known as “Ci Kay” Kié is an Ivorian record producer, singer-songwriter, rapper born in Abidjan, Ivory Coast in 1994. At a young age, his interest for music led him to learn how to play piano, guitar and drums. Although he did not pursue a career as an instrument-focused musician, he started at the ageof 10 to rap in French with his friends under the alias K24. At the age of 16, he dropped his first mixtape “Trees Efficiency”, a 7 tracks mixtape that would define his style and show his early influences such as B.I.G, Lil Wayne or Rick Ross. In 2013, Ci Kay released a 13 tracks mixtape called “Melting Pots”. With tracks such as Supernova, We Go Harder or Kays World, he drew more attention on his art and his craft. Then, in 2015, with his close friend and beat maker Gabriel “GasUp Bg” Kouame, they released a 5 tracks on the self-titled “Out Of Nowhere”. It is only 5 years later, in January 2020, after a few single and visual releases that Ci Kay announced and dropped his first album entitled “Phases”, an 8 tracks album depicting his ups and downs and somehow making a statement for the foreign US rap. With strong influences such as Kanye West, Kid Cudi or the late Mac Miller, Ci Kay allows the public to understand his character better through his music than his public apparitions. In 2021, he drops his artist name for “Khristian”. In 2022, he drops “CYCLES”.
