‘ki’ like a ‘key’—‘elio’ like the sun.

☀︎ ki elio is an author, poet, and singer/songwriter that has written a totally normal amount of songs that he can definitely count and keep track of, having written an estimated 570+ in the last sixteen years.
☀︎ His public music debut was back in 2021 with the song “fearless” through the very not around anymore band boy in a forest (formerly star 67 for the ogs), of which he released two more songs with.
☀︎ In September of 2023, he began his solo “career” with his debut song “self-care.” Since then, ki elio has released two eps, two albums, and six singles, totaling to 31 released songs. Everything released under ki elio has been made on his phone using a free program and wired earbuds as his microphone—something his friends with actual music production and recording experience condemn him for daily.
☀︎ Currently, ki elio is over a year into his medical transition and has been navigating what the changes in his voice mean for his music. He is pleased to officially announce that, as of April of 2025, he is more than so back and better than ever, and his next projects will showcase more variety and range than ever before (aka writing more than just sad songs and focusing on quality vs quantity).
