KILLASOUL, a melancholic/indie & RnB/Soul musical artist born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The beginning of his inspiration to create came from his mother the day she played the guitar for him on his birthday turning age seven after two years of being away from her.
Eversince then his ability and talent to create began to blossom, making him more eager to learn and explore his artistry.
His unique music style is derived from broken melodies, melancholic stories, indie and RnB/Soul. He states, "I don't like describing my music style/genre, because I feel like it puts restrictions, boundaries and segrigations to what I create, rather let whoever takes it in decide what it means to them as they picture a different story in their mind", thus compelling him to experiment with various sounds and emotions.
He states that his sound entails the art of youth, pain, freedom, ecstasy and poetry. His anticipated album 'Ambedo' dives deep into his concept of artistry giving us a better glimps of what KILLASOUL is about.
