Hi I’m Layneybaby aka Killiope. Music has always been my favorite outlet of expression. I feel 100% myself when I’m making it. I can do as I please in the world I create for myself. Nothing else matters when I’m in my zone - there’s no hate or judgment and there’s a cathartic release of anxiety and emotional buildup. I sometimes find myself crying when I write.
I’ve always strived to translate that attitude of complete freedom to situations outside of music. It’s easier said than done, but it always feels so good taking the risk. I’m working on being as authentically me as possible and this project is the beginning of that journey.
