Kilowatt is a Long Island based power pop trio formed in the Fall of 2021 by Matthew Poppe (Vocals & Bass Guitar), Jack Vellon (Vocals & Guitar), and Elijah Santanelli (Drums). After solidifying their sound, Kilowatt made their live debut in January of 2023 to support the release of their debut single “Lost on the Highway / She Goes Away”. Kilowatt’s aim is to merge the mainstream pop sensibilities of the 1960's with the driving rock & roll sound of the 1970's. Kilowatt's live performances are a loud, fast, adrenaline fueled rush that really packs a punch! Kilowatt is guaranteed to bring an electrifying amount of energy and aggression that only rock & roll can provide!
