Kim Maverick is a singer-songwriter-scribbler obsessed with the power of storytelling. She sees songwriting as a way to untangle the big emotions caught inside life’s little moments. Kim was born in Canada, raised on soft rock radio and sci-fi novels. She studied classical music composition at the University of Windsor, then tried to forget everything she learned as she toured around dive bars with rock bands. She now spends her days exploring music production and her nights playing requests at Howl at the Moon piano bar. Kim can also be found writing haiku on Twitter, chilling with her cats on Instagram, and streaming mini shows from her living room on Twitch.
