Kind Culture is a passion project created by Brittany Bensch. From writing to recording, to mixing, mastering, and performing, she does it all.

Since childhood, Britt has been involved in music in one way or another- mostly in ensembles where she complemented others. It wasn’t until adulthood where she decided to step into the spotlight.

Britt’s eclectic taste in music seeps through her songs. From colorful Synths to Lo-Fi and Hip Hop beats to Shoegaze vocal harmonies and Acoustic sounds. Kind Culture was not meant to fit neatly in a box.

Britt’s lyrical writing style has been heavily influenced by musicians like Benjamin Gibbard (Death Cab for Cutie) and Phoebe Bridgers. She pulls song ideas from her real life experiences about the mundane, the beautiful and the things that are sometimes difficult to talk about. Her songs are relatable, heartbreaking and raw.

With a background in photography (professional photographer), years of working in medical imaging, a knack for design and a love of anything nostalgic, Britt also loves to weave her personality into her visuals (album covers, etc).
