King B Avenue

Kabelo, born in Alexandra, Gauteng, JHB, on June 18, 2007, is a musical artist best known as King B Avenue from e'Kasi, gaining recognition through school and social media. King B is not only a producer but also a DJ and recording artist, celebrated as one of the best producers since 2022.

He began his music career in 2019 and boasts seven years of music experience. To kickstart his journey, he was taught by his father, Baile Paul Sekhoto, how to use the FL Studio music app on his computer. Initially, King B focused on the genre of Deep House but later transitioned to the popular genre of Amapiano in 2020, which has since become his signature sound.

Kabelo's music quickly gained recognition, and on March 18, 2022, he was contacted to sign a contract with Emphatic Records SA by a manager named Bujo B. The Emphatic Records manager also worked as a photographer and video editor. The record label organized events and gigs, providing vibrant entertainment opportunities. By 2023, King B Avenue established his own record label, Avenue Sounds Entertainment, and parted ways with Emphatic Records SA to pursue his vision independently.

Kabelo first released music in 2023, and his latest album, *Winter in Sunnyvale 2*, showcases his unique musical style. His sound blends traditional Amapiano rhythms with deep melodic elements, creating an immersive listening experience that resonates with a diverse audience. His tracks often feature catchy hooks and rich, layered production.
