King Blonde

King Blonde's soaring choruses, powerful vocals and captivating guitar hooks were released to the world in January 2021. Taking influence from a range of musical backgrounds such as Nothing But Thieves, Jeff Buckley, The Cure and Smashing Pumpkins to name a few. The five piece have created a unique blend of dark and dreamy, indie-rock with an up-lifting pop sound.

Since January 2021, King Blonde has gained 42.5K audio streams and 13.7K on YouTube. The band played Y-Not Festival 2023 as well as receiving BBC Introducing airplay on all 9 singles. In March 2024, Justin Hawkins of The Darkness played King Blonde's 2023 single, 'Life of Esty' to a sold out Sheffield City Hall.

After multiple live dates across the UK, successful live debuts at Beat The Streets, Hockley Hustle and opening two sold out shows at The Bodega, KingBlonde take on Nottingham for their first official city headline at Rough Trade.
