Although, King K-wize was Raised in El Cajon California, he also lived in Texas and Atlanta, which gives him a distinct sound. He is a multifaceted rapper who cannot be put into one category. He has many flavors and can switch from lyrical and motivational hip-hop music to more street or laidback rap music. He started writing his rhymes down at the age of 14! He quickly began to notice he had a natural talent for rhyming because people always complemented his skills. His burning passion for music continued, in fact, he went on to make his very first song, on a cassette tape, around the age of 16 in Lubbock, Texas!
