My name is Jaylen Brown; also known by my stage name, “KingBrown.” I was born May 7th, 1993 in Northwest Georgia. I lived in a small town called Lafayette. I have 4 other siblings; 2 sisters and 2 brothers. My family and I moved to Florida in 1996 in hopes of a better future. Here’s my story so far...


Music has always been a big part of my family. We listen to all music genres. My main inspirations, other than my family, come from old school R&B. When I was a child, my father would beatbox and make beats on the counter while my uncle would freestyle. My uncle pushed me to freestyle over and over to build my vocabulary and flow. It came natural so I took an interest in writing my own music.


I’m currently in the process of arranging to open my own music label called, “2Krushal Entertainment.” (2KrushalENT) The idea for this label is to welcome all artist and all genres.


I recorded and dropped my first music video to my song “Wake Up” in 2017. I dropped 3 single ranging from 2018-2020 Amen, Empire and RockStar. I have an article published in BDP Magazine out of Tampa Florida. . I just released my album Birth Of KingBrown March 3,2021


Now, in 2021, I have big plans to continue to grow as Artist, building my label, and work towards being successful. I have the drive to achieve any task or goal placed in front of me. 2021 will be my year.
