Residing and raised in small Balkan, Adriatic coastal city, Ulcinj in Montenegro on the border of Albania KINGJA’s music has expanded globally. An electronic dance music project driven by 31 year old Shkelqim Ravja. It quickly caught the ears of the A&R at the largest dance music label in the world. Armada Music who caught on to an unlicensed remix by the artist of a below the radar Albanian group, Shkodra Elektronike and their song “Turtulleshë” that had picked up viral traction online. This was all thanks to an unlikely new Scottish influencer, electronic music fan and pensioner @brianstewart2378 who shared the song and his turned up dance moves while enjoying a Saturday night cider.
Now with the artists debut major label single out, KINGJA is new on the scene and on a mission to prove longevity beyond one hit wonder status to become a household name with his unique brand of exquisitely produced deep world and ethnically inspired tech house music.
