Kirin Dosha

Kirin Dosha was born in 2016 and consists of Laurent (Guitar, Vocals), Kevin (Bass, Keyboards) and Anthony (Drums).
In 2017 the quartet presented their first EP, "Wonderland", inspired by the work of G. Orwell and the predicted twilight of western civilisation. The dark and disillusioned texts contrast with the resolutely rock energy that emerges from the quartet. Very quickly a growing community of fans is created around these four boys : the group will combine unusual experiences, playing in a marquee, supermarkets, a conservatory with an orchestra of 40 musicians...
In 2018 Kirin Dosha, alongside Sebastien Langle, produced a new album of 12 tracks which will be released in 2020: "Neverland" describes the inner journeys of a disillusioned adult trying to regain his share of childhood. It is a powerful rock album, often heavy but always melodic, with directions even more eclectic than the previous opus. This year, Kirin Dosha returns to defend its music on stage, with energy and passion.
What is Kirin Dosha ? It's an entity that takes on several aspects according to its desires : in "Wonderland", it was a personification of Big Brother, a totalitarian power. In "Nerverland" however, it's a bogeyman, a nightmare character, who forces us to give up innocence without allowing us to become adults. This entity holds us back in a teen-grown-up world, where reigns discomfort and the awareness of not being what we should have become.
