Kirstyn Cae is a love-driven-nature-freak who's music amplifies the innermost quandaries of her soul. While her first EP, "Something Finished, Somewhat Complete" was raw and intimate, dealing with letting go of a past self, her up and coming music lives more in the present moment and self acceptance. Pulling influences from the likes of Eric Whitacre, Freddy Mercury, Billy Joel, Joni Mitchell, and Lake Street Dive (to name a few) coupled with a background of church singing and musical theatre, Kirstyn's music ranges from the intimate and etherial expansive and soulful. The tension and release of her harmonies take the listener along on the journey inside her toiling mind and elevate the self expression within her lyrics and instrumentation.
