Driving beats, propulsive synth bass, harsh industrial guitars, glimmering athmospherics and an unmistakeable voice, Kizunaut is a Helsinki-based artist who has been offering an unique and potent blend of industrial, synthpop, rock and synthwave since 2017. Starting off with haunted dystopian retro electronics, Kizunaut then evolved towards a more synthpop-influenced sound for the 2020 album The City by the Sea. The album received praise for it's songwriting, potent blend of styles and willingess to look at difficult subject matters relating to modern urban life. From 2021 onwards he has incorporated more and more guitar into his works, bringing the industrial rock influences to the forefront.
