It took 7 years for Benjamin Akwasi Brakoh, an Ashanti boy who was born and raised in Dansoman,a town in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana,to find out he was KloudedKeys.He was ,from a young age,what he refers to as a silent entertainer,being someone who mostly spoke through dance than words throughout his primary and high school days.
His passion for music had always been evident but he decided to pursue it seriously in the year 2014 ,right after he finished High School.He had started dabbling in music production a couple of years before that in high school and his interest grew stronger as time passed.The first official stage name he went by was Itz Benjamin,which was short-lived and quickly evolved into Benjamin The Kid and that name still rings bells in the Ghanaian Urban Gospel scene as that was the genre he began in.
Just as nonconforming ,fluid and unpredictable clouds are,as well as how impactful clouds are to how the day looks and feels,KloudedKeys is the perfect representation of Benjamin's music.
