KLOUDNINE

Electronic music duo KLOUDNINE fuses acoustic recordings with analog synthesizers and minimal beat elements to create their signature sound. Composed by two childhood friends, Luca and Luigi, living in Naples, Italy, they expand on various genres, ranging from rhythmic UK garage/ breakbeat, to experimental ambient sounds of electronic music.

Both grew up in the Neapolitan suburbs, but the two took different musical paths growing up. Luca showed interest in piano early on as a child, first immersing himself in the classical works of Chopin, Beethoven and JS Bach, and then approaching the world of jazz music with Miles Davis, Bill Evans and John Coltrane, achieving at a young age the title of master of piano and composition.
Luigi, on the other hand, has always been fascinated by music production. He spends endless hours experimenting with sound design and electronic production, producing experimental music and combining various subgenres such as swinging garage grooves and French filter melodies, managing to achieve major collaborations with leading exponents of the Italian Urban scene.
At some point the two friends realized that their talents complemented each other perfectly and KLOUDNINE was born.
