Remember the name KoyeSax - a Nigerian born but London based saxophonist who has gained recognition for his ability to blend different genres of music.
The core of his sound is honed in the rich melodic tones of Afrobeat, yet his diverse repertoire spans Gospel, R&B, Jazz, and everything in between.

KoyeSax's passion for music began over a decade ago when he first picked up the saxophone after being influenced by one of his mentors the award winning saxophonist YolanDa Brown who he saw live in concert.
In 2015 his debut headline headline concert was sold out and received rave reviews in the press, it featured special guests such as the legendary Lagbaja, Tim Godfrey and Beejay sax. He has headlined concerts around the world and played at the most eclectic surroundings.

With a degree in electrical and electronics engineering at the University of Warwick, academia has always been a passion of Koye’s.

He has a passion for Africa and with his saxophone and storytelling, he asks us to imagine an Africa that has freedom.
