Kraken Clench

Dany Hawa was born in the mountains East of Beirut in 1993. He was raised in a French school, and he wasn't too big on discipline, although he had decent grades without studying much. As far as he knew, he was a normal 90s kid with everyday interests like the GameBoy Color, Pokemon, skateboards, and Tony Hawk pro-skater.

Between the age of 7 and 20, he passed through a phase of discovering his musical talent through piano lessons through to being part of university bands. Being under the teenage influence of the metal and rock classics such as Iron Maiden, U2, Metallica, Dire Straits, and others.

A failed institutional band experience around 2014 marked Dany's "slow descent to hell ."Or, as he likes to call it today: "the bottom of the ocean."

The next six years marked a highly severe crisis of strength and confidence, but thankfully, Dany had friends and family around to push him through it. In 2020, Dany survived a "near-death experience. “As they say, it was a "very close shave. “That is when he decided that he could not delay his dream. It couldn't wait.

That's when the Kraken Clench was born. In honor of the mythological Kraken, a creature who would destroy the dreams of pirates of sailors who thought the ocean was a place for freedom and adventure.

The Kraken became Dany's symbol of the toughness of truly reaching for your dream. "Don't give him that law of attraction speech. In the words of AC/DC: "it's a long way to the top if you wanna rock n' roll."
