Krayl is a one-man black metal band formed in 2012 in Kalyan city, India by Souvik Das aka Svartblod. He started this band as a black ambient project in 2012, but after releasing one EP and one split he changed the style to black metal on the 2013 demo "Froide et Sombre".
Svartblod wants to explore the medieval era and the darkness and cruelty of those times with this project. He also delves into the occult and satanic themes from time to time.
Svartblod is also part of the post-black metal duo Fleur Rouge.
