Kreative Kidd

Baldwin Varner aka Kreative Kidd is a 21-year-old Hip-Hop artist and producer from the southside of VA, currently residing in Virginia Beach. His use of music as a sort of autobiography allows him to make music that ranges from cloudy and introspective, to aggressive and energetic. At an early age, Baldwin had an innate passion for music. He began making music in elementary school, where he would make songs for his school projects, and went on to start taking music seriously in 2016. He would frequently produce for artists in the local music scene, and even hosted and DJed events where himself and other artists would perform. Throughout Baldwin’s development as an artist, his sound and aesthetic were inspired not only by artists such as Night Lovell and Lil Peep, but by games from his childhood like Silent Hill 2, and anime such as Naruto and Neon Genesis Evangelion. Baldwin eventually gained traction with his music and begin to work with talents such as CoryxKenshin and Berleezy. He now continues to grow his audience and strives to make music that will shake the world.
