A South Carolina humble creative, Kalen Richardson also known as KRich, ininitiated with music in 2017. Originally his early development started with Hip Hop and RnB, which birthed the evolution of a new sound that fuses Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop, and Spoken Word Into a combustion of gospel brilliance. Growing up in Walterboro South Carolina, he was exposed to all styles of music. Starting out as a drummer in church he was inspired by acts like Fred Hammond, Pharell Williams, and Detrick Haddon, he was focused on setting himself apart from the rest. Urgently feeling a need to share the great news of Jesus, but shake up the industry. KRich began making beats with a abnormal low-end theory a fusion of Tribe Called Quest and his own spin. Curiously intrigued the ears of the many in the music industry, but he felt he was called to something greater. After a three year hiatus from releasing music, KRich is back with a high energy, glittery, melodic sound. Breaking the rules of gospel music, While lifting up the name above all names Jesus Christ.
