Krølle Erik

Krølle Erik (Curly Eric), born in 1947 in Copenhagen, has been a part of the Danish roots scene for ages, an active participant in the musical development since the hippie era. In the 80's he became a renowned blues and rockabilly artist with his own Kølle Eriks Blues Band. He has put out a number of albums and contributed on others.
After a serious breakdown in the 1990's Erik has led a more retired life, helping out drug and alcohol addicts.
In recent years he has turned towards touring and recording again, this time primarily in order to
spread relief and joy. His 50 years in music was successfully celebrated in 2020 in Amager Bio, with a bunch of faithful prominent contemporary musicians. Erik has lately gone international and released the album “It’ Never Too Late To Be A Rock Star” with Slade drummer and founder Don Powell’s band Don & The Dreamers.
