Krownest

Hailing from Iceland, Krownest is a hardcore outfit with their eyes set to kill. Using their
various melodic influences, Krownest brings a new frontier of versatility and creativity to the
genre that compliments their heavy and groovy style. With the objective of creating a
forceful, and driven atmosphere, Krownest have made a name for themselves with their live performances for delivering a hard-hitting and “in your face” show that leaves any witnesses
wanting more.
The band are the winners of the Icelandic National Wacken Metal Battle 2023 and are set to
play at Wacken Open Air in August. The band have 2 EP’s under their belt. The former being
released in early 2021 and the latter in late 2022. Their single ‘Disconnected’ debuted on the
radio station X977 and stayed on their top charts for several weeks. Now, Krownest have new
material in the works as well as fully mixed and mastered material ready for release.
