Kuiper were formed in Great Yarmouth in late 2021 by members James Dunwoody, Reece Pasby and Daniel Holehouse. Before finding Ali Aldous at an open mic in May 2022. By September 2022, The band was in full form with inspiration from bands such as <a href="spotify:artist:7Ln80lUS6He07XvHI8qqHH" data-name="Arctic Monkeys">Arctic Monkeys</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2DaxqgrOhkeH0fpeiQq2f4" data-name="Oasis">Oasis</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:7jy3rLJdDQY21OgRLCZ9sD" data-name="Foo Fighters">Foo Fighters</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:7oPftvlwr6VrsViSDV7fJY" data-name="Green Day">Green Day</a> . With albums such as <a href="spotify:album:50Zz8CkIhATKUlQMbHO3k1" data-name="Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not">Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not</a> , <a href="spotify:album:3LzKUdUTdJb6P7xGN6SotC" data-name="Definitely Maybe">Definitely Maybe</a> and <a href="spotify:album:4uG8q3GPuWHQlRbswMIRS6" data-name="Dookie">Dookie</a> all tying into the sound heard and created by the band today.
Over the last 2 years Kuiper have played Many venues such as the Brickmakers, The B2, Voodoo daddies and many more!
As of summer 2024, Kuiper have recorded 5 songs for their debut EP that are set to be released over the next 8 months. The first song being ‘Totally Shafted’ All recorded at the great ‘Blaze Studios’ in Caister.
