Zoltan Ohemeng-Boakye, popularly known as Kwesi TumTum, grew up in a large, loving travelling family. All the exposure from hopping around shaped a unique opportunity for him to gather many diverse and authentic Ghanaian cultural influences for his music.
Ohemeng-Boakye launched Kwesi TumTum to channel his love and passion for music as a more refined rapper, singer and songwriter from his younger days as Black Icon and has since made several appearances and mounted Ghanaian and international platforms.
Named after his godfather Zoltan Tayti, Ohemeng-Boakye values love, compassion and empowerment, and he is determined to fulfil his mission of giving a voice to the voiceless.
