L D R U's breakthrough hit, ‘Keeping Score’ (featuring Paige IV) went Triple Platinum as the highest-selling Australian single that year, scored three ARIA nominations, hit #22 on triple j’s Hottest 100 and has clocked up more than 30 million Spotify streams. Following the Platinum-selling success of ‘To Be Free’ and ‘Next To You’ (featuring Savoi), L D R U supported The Chainsmokers, NGHTMRE & Slander and played at HARD LA, Splash House and Electric Forest. He’s also ticked off every major festival at home, including Stereosonic, SITG and Falls Festival.
2022 was a milestone year for L D R U. Releasing four electrifying warm up tracks which Carmody says "pays homage to the OG fans who were there from the start” before releasing ‘The Excuse’ (plus three heart-pumping remixes), a remix of Major Lazer’s iconic track ‘Be Together’ ft. Wild Belle and signing a worldwide deal with Warner Australia.
Continuing the pace in January 2023, L D R U has released two singles “Alone Again” ft. PEPTALK and " Righteous Places" ft. Cristina Lizzul plus remixes.
