Like a rock-oriented version of <a href="spotify:artist:6wPhSqRtPu1UhRCDX5yaDJ">the Pussycat Dolls</a>, Ladylike is a contemporary girl group comprised of four striking vocalists. KSU Studios, an entertainment company headquartered in Malaysia, assembled the group in 2008, hoping to create a product that would expand the company's international profile. Stockholm natives Miranda Hortlund, Valerie Wigart, Louise Tomassino, and Isabelle Filling were chosen from a talent pool of 600 aspiring musicians, and the group began recording an album with KRU's in-house composer, Edry Abdul Halim.
