Laela Giovanna

Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, singer/songwriter and producer Laela Giovanna is carving out a lane of her own. Through her storytelling songwriting skills and emotive vocal tone, her music invites listeners on her own personal journey through life.

No stranger to live performances, she has graced many iconic stages like The Apollo Theater, The Bitter End, and Rockwood Music Hall. In 2018, she gained recognition in Ischia, Italy, her family's hometown and was named an ambassador on the island for her music career in the U.S. In 2022, she landed her first major sync placement on BET Networks, in collaboration with Amori Sounds.

In 2023, Laela faced a major medical setback stemming from a condition she was born with, which temporarily limited her ability to perform. During that time, she leaned into music production and began experimenting with sound design—a shift that opened unexpected and exciting doors. What began as a creative outlet soon led to opportunities like working on the @Addias x James Harden Vol. 9 campaign, where she brought her sonic vision to a global brand experience.
