Born and raised on the west side of Chicago, Lamar developed a passion at a young age for music. He developed a deep love for the diverse music he heard in his home. Through his teenage years the artist in him started to develop as he explored poetry, writing raps and performing in the school cafeteria. This has been a journey of experiences for Lamar as he developed into the artist he is today. Performing in countless poetry slams, talent shows and being a part of different groups, Lamar has developed his talents and creativity to perform, write memorable music.
