Lara Fabian is a Belgian-Canadian singer, songwriter and composer who has sold over 12 million albums worldwide. She first rose to prominence in the early 1990s with her French-language debut Lara Fabian, which sold over 1 million copies in Canada within three years.
She followed with Carpe Diem before achieving major international success with Pure in 1997, which sold over 2 million copies in France and featured iconic tracks such as “Je t’aime,” “Tout,” and “La Différence.” Her career soon expanded globally with the release of her English-language album, which reached No. 1 in the United States.
Over the years, Lara Fabian has balanced French and English projects, blending mainstream success with more personal records like Nue and Camouflage. With over 30 years of career, she remains a defining voice on the international stage, also gaining recognition as a coach on The Voice.
