Lara Luna was formed in Odense, Denmark in 2020 during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic by twin brothers Jonathan and Sebastian Kjærulff Jensen alongside good friends Asger Demant Olin and Christoffer Birkeholm Leth. The absence of concerts in the early 2020 gave the group time to invest themselves fully in their songwriting and find their sound.
