LARIVIÈRE is a french producer, multi-instrumentist who forged his listening through the body as a dancer and a traveller.
His way of making music comes from his experience in the Caribbean where he immersed himself in trance, playing at carnivals, funerals and prayer vigils as well as playing with the afrobeat drummer Tony Allen and west african traditional bands, back in Europe.
His cosmopolitan project lives within the contemporary electronic music scene and is inspired by traditional and urban rhythms from Colombia, Kinshasa, Central Africa, Berlin and the Caribbeans.
Also influenced by indie, underground music and trap, LARIVIÈRE invites us to experience through various states, the world of trance, tropical music and dance.
