Based in New York City and Long Island, Last Perfection fuse influences from <a href="spotify:artist:6mdiAmATAx73kdxrNrnlao">Iron Maiden</a> to <a href="spotify:artist:7kHzfxMLtVHHb523s43rY1">Converge</a> into their violent brand of melodic metalcore. Formed in 2001, the band began prepping demos, playing local shows, and struggling with an ever-shifting lineup on its way to 2003's Violent Solutions for a Violent World debut, and, just over a year later, the sophomore Drawing Conclusions.
